Paintball Gun - Limited Lifetime Warranty

Pinnacle Woods offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on every gun sold in our stores. If you need service, simply bring your gun with your warranty card into the Mentor ProShop. Appointments are not neccessary. Repairs are made by factory authorized personel in our facilities. Most reapirs are completed within 3 days.

On-Line Sales

Paintball guns are offered in our secure on-line catalog at reduced prices. These guns do not include the Lifetime Warranty. We offer these guns at reduced prices for our customers who do not live in Ohio and cannot take advantage of our walk in repair service.

Return Policy

• Paintballs - We do not accept opened cases, or unused paintballs for return or refund.
• Accessories - Unopened accessories may be returned for full refund, exchange or store credit.
• Apparel - Unworn apparel may returned for full refund, exchange or store credit.

Returned Check Policy

Personal checks returned to Pinnacle Woods will be charged $ 35.00 thru Telcheck.

Underage Waiver Forms

Boys and girls ages 10-17 require notarized parental consent forms. You may obtain a form on the web site or at our stores. Underage players can stop in either store with a parent to complete a form.

First underage ID card is free. 2nd and above are $5.00 each.
