Paintball Gun - Limited Lifetime Warranty

Pinnacle Woods offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on every gun sold in our stores. If you need service, simply bring your gun with your warranty card into the Mentor ProShop. Appointments are not neccessary. Repairs are made by factory authorized personel in our facilities. Most reapirs are completed within 3 days.

Return Policy

* Paintballs - We do not accept opened cases, or unused paintballs for return or refund.
* Accessories - Unopened accessories may be returned for exchange or store credit.
* Apparel - Unworn apparel may returned for exchange or store credit.

We do not accept personal or company checks..
